Growing up in Lead, I always knew there was something special about the Black Hills. After meeting my husband at the South Dakota School of Mines and working across the country as a Chemical Engineer, we knew this was the only place we wanted to call home.

When we returned to Rapid City, I threw myself into the local market. Over the last six years, I've flipped over 25 homes right here in the Black Hills and built a rental portfolio along the way. I don't just see a property — I see the data, the potential, and the true return on investment.

Today, I use that hands-on local experience to help others. Whether you're a first-time buyer or an investor seeking a high-potential project in the Hills. I bring a level of expertise and local insight you won't find anywhere else.
